These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and JKT88 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jkt88.casa (the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the JKT88 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents expressly incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the JKT88 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on the JKT88 Platform, through which the Player accesses all available games and services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings or bonus amounts, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or incentive awarded to a Player by JKT88 under a specific promotional offer, subject to the bonus terms applicable to that offer.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, lottery products, poker games, and any other gaming products made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures that JKT88 is required to conduct pursuant to its internal policies and applicable compliance obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the JKT88 Platform for all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings unless otherwise stated.
• "Platform" means the JKT88 website at https://jkt88.casa, including all subpages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated services operated by the Company.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which online gambling is unlawful or restricted, as determined by the Company from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the specified multiple of a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) that a Player must wager before any associated bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on the JKT88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JKT88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to online casino and sports betting activities. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being), not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be accessing and using the Platform entirely for your own personal recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to your location at the time of access.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by JKT88 or any other gambling platform of which JKT88 has been notified.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of JKT88 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers, unless written consent has been granted by the Company.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the JKT88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. JKT88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. JKT88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must notify JKT88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach by contacting our support team at [email protected]. JKT88 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their accounts as an additional security measure.

The JKT88 Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform, you agree not to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to manipulate, defraud, or abuse any game, system, bonus, or promotional offer, including through the use of automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical assistance.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, sports betting, or live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform, including distributed denial-of-service attacks, data scraping, or unauthorised access to server infrastructure.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from JKT88.
• Opening or using an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account.

JKT88 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including the suspension or permanent closure of Accounts, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.

JKT88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are subject to change at the Company's discretion: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), bank transfer through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 (Tether on the TRON network). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JKT88 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities intended for non-gaming purposes as a means to circumvent responsible gambling measures.
• JKT88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that appear unusual in size or frequency, and may request source-of-funds documentation.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder and from which a prior deposit was made, where technically feasible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on the Player's account tier and the payment method selected.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals withheld pending completion of identity verification.
• JKT88 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals within 10 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 30 minutes during standard operating conditions, though processing times may vary.
• Funds associated with active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable requirements have been fully satisfied.

JKT88 may offer promotional bonuses, reload incentives, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and other promotional benefits to Players from time to time. The acceptance of any bonus constitutes your agreement to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which supplement these general Terms.

• Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonuses are available to one Account per individual, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• JKT88 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes that affect existing bonus balances held in their Accounts.
• Bonus funds are not real-money funds and cannot be transferred, sold, or withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus play, after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, may be withdrawn subject to these Terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the JKT88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet. The following general provisions apply across all products on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. JKT88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious technical error has occurred, as determined solely by the Company.
• In the event of a technical failure or connectivity interruption during a game round or live betting event, JKT88 will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• JKT88 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds or game configurations that were published in error due to system malfunction, human error, or data feed issues from third-party providers.
• For live sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures and EPL matches, odds are subject to real-time variation. The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed represent the final agreed odds unless the bet is accepted under "Request a Bet" rules, in which case JKT88's acceptance is required.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per settlement period. These limits are displayed within each product section and are subject to periodic review by the Company.

All gaming products on the JKT88 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the actual theoretical payout rates applied to each game.

JKT88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Players with the tools and resources necessary to manage their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts through the Account Settings section. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion at any time by contacting JKT88 support or using the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings.
• Session time alerts can be configured to notify Players when a pre-set duration of play has been reached.
• The Platform enforces strict 21+ age verification as part of its commitment to preventing underage gambling.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, images, text, audio-visual material, and other intellectual property available on or through the JKT88 Platform ("IP Content") are the exclusive property of JKT88 or its licensed third-party content providers and game suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any IP Content without prior written authorisation from JKT88.
• Modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any IP Content or Platform software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained within the Platform.
• Use any IP Content for commercial purposes, including advertising, without the express written consent of JKT88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JKT88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether or not preceded by notice.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content displayed on the Platform, including odds, game results, or promotional details, where caused by third-party data feed errors.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions, where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or advice provided on the Platform that is not guaranteed by JKT88.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit JKT88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

JKT88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request by JKT88.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• A court order, regulator directive, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the Account.
• The Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon closure of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds or funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all required verification procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. JKT88 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to them. JKT88 does not accept liability for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

JKT88 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify Players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
